Ingredients
Instructions
Blanch spinach in boiling water for 2 minutes, then immediately plunge into ice water (keeps it green!).
Puree spinach with green chillies.
Pan-fry paneer cubes lightly (optional).
Sauté cumin and fine chopped garlic in oil.
Add the spinach puree and cook for just 4-5 minutes.
Add garam masala and salt.
Stir in cream and paneer, warm through and serve.
