Instructions

Mix flour, yogurt, baking soda, salt, warm water. Knead 5 min, rest 1 hr

Roll dough into oval. Brush one side with water (helps it stick)

Wet side down on hot iron tawa. Cook til bubbles appear

Flip tawa upside down over flame, rotate continuously. Brush with garlic butter, serve hot
