Instructions
Grind mint, coriander, chillies, and ginger to a fine paste.
Mix with 1 liter cold water.
Add tamarind pulp, black salt, roasted cumin powder, and chaat masala.
Strain if you want it clear, but I keep the bits.
Chill for 2 hours (flavors meld).
Add boondi (crispy balls) before serving.
