Aam Panna (Raw Mango Cooler)
I may not cook, but I can certainly make drinks! Aam Panna is the best summer remedy. It's tangy, sweet, and cooling. The roasted cumin and black salt are what give it that distinctive, refreshing kick.

Instructions
Boil raw mangoes til soft and skin peels easy
Cool, peel, scoop out pulp. Toss the seed
Blend pulp with sugar/jaggery, black salt, roasted cumin. Black salt is key dont skip it
Jar it up, refrigerate. Lasts 2 weeks, gets better over time actually
To serve: 2-3 tbsp concentrate + glass of cold water + ice. Mint if ur fancy
