Instructions

Blend coconut, roasted chana dal, ginger, chillies, and salt with a little water.

Don't blend it too smooth - keep it slightly coarse.

Heat oil in a tadka pan.

Add mustard seeds, urad dal, dried red chilli, and curry leaves.

Pour tempering over the chutney and mix.

Serve fresh - it spoils quickly!
