Ingredients

Instructions

Dry roast oats powder and rava separately until fragrant.

Mix with yogurt and water to make a thick batter.

Add grated carrots, salt, and tadka (mustard seeds/curry leaves).

Let sit for 15 mins.

Add Eno/Soda just before steaming.

Pour into greased idli moulds.

Steam for 10-12 minutes.
