Instructions
Mix rava, rice flour, yogurt. Whisk in water - should be VERY thin and watery
Rest batter 20 mins
Heat tawa til smoking, reduce to medium. Pour batter from outside in like a sieve for that lacy texture
Drizzle oil around edges, cook til it crackles and edges lift. Serve with potato masala
