Ingredients
Instructions
Pressure cook mutton with ginger-garlic, salt, and water.
In a separate pan, sauté gongura leaves until they wilt and turn mushy.
Mash the leaves into a paste.
Heat oil, fry onions and green chillies.
Add the cooked mutton and spices.
Stir in the gongura paste and simmer for 10 minutes.
Serve with hot rice and ghee.
