Instructions

Mash potatoes, add cornflour, shape into tikkis. Freeze 15 min before frying

Shallow fry on medium til crispy. Has to be crisp or itll get soggy with toppings

Make the chhole - temper with cumin ginger and lots of chili powder. Simmer 10 min

Assemble: tikkis, chhole, both chutneys, yogurt, chaat masala. Eat fast while hot!
