Instructions
Wash and chop methi leaves very finely.
Mix flour, spices, sesame seeds, and methi.
Add yogurt and oil, then knead into a semi-stiff dough using little water.
Rest dough for 15 minutes.
Roll out very thin circles (thinner than roti).
Cook on a hot tawa with a little oil until brown spots appear.
Stack them hot to keep them soft.
