Instructions
Marinate prawns with salt and turmeric. Quick fry in ghee 30 sec each side - dont overcook or theyre rubbery
Same pan, temper whole spices, sauté ginger paste til raw smell gone
Add coconut milk, splash water, salt, pinch sugar. Gentle simmer only - dont boil hard or itll split
Add prawns back, cover, 2-3 min only. Garam masala on top, serve with pulao
